Message: Prompt violates third-party interests¶
What this message actually means¶
When you see a message like:
“The prompt could not be submitted due to the interests of third-party content providers.”
Support code: 35561574
it can feel like something is broken or blocked for no clear reason.
But in reality, this message is straightforward.
Nothing failed.
What happened is this: your prompt contains elements that the system cannot process due to content restrictions.
What’s happening behind the scenes¶
When you submit a prompt, it is evaluated before sending to the generation model.
Part of this process includes checking for references to third-party intellectual property — such as brands, copyrighted characters, or protected artistic styles.
If the system detects something that may violate these rules, it blocks the request before generation starts.
This is intentional and ensures that all generated content remains compliant.
Note
This check happens before generation. The model is never called if the prompt is blocked.
Why this happens¶
This error is usually triggered when the prompt includes recognizable or protected elements, such as:
- Brand or product names
- Known fictional characters
- Studio or franchise styles
- Logos or trademarked designs
- Descriptions that closely imitate existing works
In many cases, these are used as shortcuts to describe a visual idea — but they prevent the system from proceeding.
What you should do next¶
Rewrite the prompt using descriptive language¶
Instead of referencing existing intellectual property, describe the visual idea directly.
Focus on:
- appearance (shapes, materials, colors)
- mood and lighting
- environment and composition
- character traits or actions
This gives the model clear guidance without relying on restricted references.
Replace specific names with general descriptions¶
If your prompt includes brand names or characters, rewrite them in neutral terms.
For example:
- Replace a named character with a description of their role or appearance
- Replace a brand with a description of its style or function
- Replace a studio name with visual characteristics (lighting, rendering style, tone)
Remove unnecessary references¶
Sometimes the issue comes from a small detail in the prompt.
If something is not essential to the scene, remove it and try again.
Even minor adjustments can allow the prompt to pass.
Try again after editing¶
Once the prompt has been rewritten, run the generation again.
There is no need to change settings or restart the workflow — only the prompt needs adjustment.
Best practice¶
Avoid using real-world references as shortcuts.
Instead, aim to describe what you want the model to create as if it has never seen the original reference.
Tip
The more clearly you describe the scene itself, the better the generation results will be — and the fewer issues you will encounter.
Summary¶
This error is not a system failure. It simply means the prompt includes restricted content.
By rewriting the prompt in a more descriptive and original way, you can:
- successfully run the generation
- improve output quality
- maintain full creative control
When to contact support¶
You should reach out if:
- The error appears even with simple, generic prompts
- You cannot identify what part of the prompt is causing the issue
- Multiple different prompts are blocked unexpectedly
These cases may indicate a deeper issue that needs investigation.
Review the Reporting an Issue topic for more information.
